Whole Buttermilk Powder

This is a spray dried, whole butter milk powder that is a really interesting variation on classic milk chocolate.  You might expect it to be sour but instead if leads this extra depth of flavor that I find really satisfying. 6.5% fat by weight34.6% Protein 2.9% Moisture I have a page for the Milk Chocolate Recipe I use quite a bit.  It works just fine with this Buttermilk powder.  It gives full directions.
