9/9 Chocolate Ravioli with Boozy Raspberry Sauce Making Class

September 9 from 6-7:30 pm Our team will demonstrate how to make the filling and the sauce as well as how to cook the ravioli.  Each participant will make their own dough and roll out and form their ravioli.  Everyone will take home their ravioli and some sauce for serving at home.  Of course we will all have an opportunity to sample the ravioli during the class. Feel Free to bring wine to enjoy during class if you are over 21 years of age. Maximum of 14 participants.
