NEW! Advanced Chocolate Class
This class is only for participants who took our chocolate class last year, or will have completed it earlier in the 2026 season. We will run this advanced class once a month over the summer. We can now accommodate up to 12 participants per class. The class will be held on Saturday mornings at 9:30 AM and will last about 2 hours. You will be making a tray of molded chocolates (24 hearts, or 21 squares) from start to finish, with our assistance at key moments. As a first step, you will paint your mold, and we will produce a core ganache that you will be able to improve with key ingredients of your choosing (spices/candied citrus/fruits/nuts). After you have piped the fillings, one of our team members will close your tray. You will then prepare gift boxes with your finished production, and take them home.
