Chocolate Class

We are opening the classes for reservations, to start on Mother's Day, and ending late August.  We can now accommodate up to 12 participants per class.  Classes will be held on Sunday mornings and will last about 1.5 hour. This class is only for participants who have not worked with chocolate before.  For those of you who took the class last year, check out our more advanced session, which will be held once a month on Saturdays over the summer. We will be starting at 10 AM sharp, so please arrive a few minutes early.  There is parking on both sides of the driveway as you enter the Nightingale campus.  Do not park beyond the handicapped signs. If no parking is available, please park on Winter, Spring, or Brackett Streets. For all participants, including children (8+ years old):  Hair must be tied back; wear closed shoes; and roll up your sleeves.  We will have aprons for you to use.
