French Hot Chocolate Wafers

If you are a Portlander, you likely already know our French hot chocolate.  The key difference from the American versions, which are made with cocoa powder, is the use of beautiful 74% Guittard organic dark chocolate wafers.   We provide two recipes on the back of the container:  a classic French version and a vegan one, both equally delicious. Our new all-paper recyclable canister holds 18 oz of the wafers, which will make 9 generous cups.  It is so rich that should you not be able to finish, place either version in the fridge and within a couple of hours, it will become a chocolate mousse!
