These beans are then stone-ground with cinnamon and almonds, resulting in a unique, grainy  dark chocolate texture with subtle smoky notes.What makes this bar truly exceptional is the addition of naturally grown Amashito chilies from our cacao plantation. These chilies are slow-roasted to perfection, adding a warm, spicy kick that balances beautifully with the organic cacao.
