Crafted with care, our Tiekuanyin Tea Dark Chocolate Bar brings together two exceptional ingredients, tea from the Muzha district of Taipei and single-origin Tirintario cacao from the jungles of southern Mexico. Also known as the Iron Goddess of Mercy, Tiekuanyin Tea is a treasured Taiwanese tradition dating back to the 18th century. This unique Oolong tea is made from mature leaves using a heavier oxidation and roasting process, creating its signature deep, smoky, and fruity creaminess.  For this creation, we’ve blended the tea with the 2024 harvest of Trinitario cacao beans, known for its fruity and creamy profile that distinguishes them from the 2023 harvest.  This bar offers a delicate lilac aroma, distinctive of Tiekuanyin Tea, beautifully balanced by the smooth, rich creaminess of the 2024 cacao harvest.   Percentage of Cacao : 60% A smooth, fresh, and fragrant guilt-free snack, all of our chocolate is ethically sourced directly from our sustainable farm in Tabasco, Mexico.
