Custom is responsible for purchasing and supplying tote bag to artist. Artist works from clear reference photos of the animal. Finished tote ships 4-weeks from the date on which reference photo is received (you will receive confirmation of receipt). Bags are shipped Priority Mail with tracking, and you will receive a tracking number. NOTE: Given the custom nature of this product, all sales are final.
