This Self-Care Card Deck was co-created by participants in the Social Justice Teach-In at CalPoly. It features over 2 dozen ideas with step-by-step instructions for free or inexpensive experiences for practicing self-knowledge, self-acceptance, and self-soothing. Contributors include mental health and social support professionals and students. Color laser printing on index paper stock. Available for a limited time as a fundraiser. Only 5 available! 100% of profits will be donate to the Transgender Law Center.
