Isn’t this one a sweet little surprise?! 🌾📓 (There’s 3 in this little series!) This is Floral Sketchbook Scan #2🌼 If you love a good story, I painted this at the top of a 5-mile hike with my family. We hiked up, stayed the night, and came back down the next day—so these florals were literally growing all around me while I painted. I hiked in with this vintage notebook because it was light and easy to carry, and I painted right over the old math scribbles and pencil marks, all of it still showing through… that’s my favorite part. 😍 This is honestly my current art obsession. 📝🎨 It works anywhere you want a little calm—bookshelf, desk, reading nook, even a kids’ space. And it’s a good reminder to think outside the big-box, mass-produced art lane and reach for something more unexpected. Unexpected art is always my jam.
