Size: One tasting kit, which includes three Single Origin Bean to Bar chocolate bars, like a Single Origin Fiji Dark Chocolate bar, .88 oz (25 g); a Single Origin Costa Rica Dark Chocolate bar, .88 oz (25 g); and a Single Origin Dominican Republic Dark Chocolate bar, .88 oz (25 g) (and/or sometimes we substitute one or two other regions in based on availability); three tasting sheets; and tasting sheet instructions.   Description: Our chocolate tasting 201 kit provides everything you need for a bean-to-bar chocolate tasting. Use it for up to nine people or as few as one - if you don't want to share your chocolate, we don't blame you!
