*RETAIL - Ceanothus rigidus 'Snowball'

White ceanothus, covered in early spring with profuse clusters of small white flowers rather than the more usual blue. A dense, much-branched evergreen shrub to 4-6ft tall and somewhat wider in maturity with small, leathery leaves, dark green above and lighter below. A useful ground cover in sun to part shade where drainage is good. Drought tolerant once established but enjoys occasional summer water.
