New in 2025, In Home and Oversized tree removal is only available with the purchase of your tree from City Tree.  Purchases Before December 26: Removal service is only offered when paired with a City Tree purchase. Orders placed without a tree will be cancelled. Purchases Starting December 26: Curbside removal may be purchased as a standalone service (subject to capacity and updated seasonal pricing). Suburban Removal should be ordered on the corresponding delivery days: Tuesdays/Saturday - West Suburbs Wednesday/Sunday - Northwest Suburbs Thursday/Sunday - North Suburbs Friday/Saturday - Southeast Chicago   We confirm a 2-3 hour removal timeslot via text/email/call at least 1 day in advance of tree removal. Please respond upon receipt to  confirm timeslot. In-Home Tree Removal includes taking the tree out of the stand, and removing it from the house. Our delivery crew wil
