Sévigné (pronounced sey-vee-nyey) is a type of bow brooch popular in the 17th and 18th centuries named for a member of the French Court of Louis XIV, the Marquise de Sévigné. Made of French embroidered point d'esprit, this off-the-shoulder strapless tiered lace empire silhouette from The Adorned Collectionis both vintage inspired and utterly modern.
