Shetland 1.0 in Mooskit-Sholmit
Special Release! I had initially set aside this color to be dyed later. It was so similar to Mooskit as to be potentially confusing. But the more I looked at this yarn and the more I thought about it, I realized I just couldn't do it. For starters, I only had enough skeins for a handful of colors, and how on earth do you choose? But more to the point, these fibers are just too beautiful, too subtly nuanced in their naturally colored state. And so, in celebration of the arrival of sweater season, I've decided to release these skeins exactly as they were spun. In terms of what to knit, may I recommend Carrie Bostick Hoge's Liv cardigan? My friend Sumiko knit the one at left using another shade of Shetland 1.0, and I think it's perfect. You'll need between 4 and 6 skeins for a chest range of 30 1/4 inches to 57 3/4 inches. Carrie is offering us a $1 discount on this pattern in her Ravelry shop between now and October 31st. Here's the pattern link, and just use code ClaraYarn2016 at chec
