How-To Story Cut Ups First & Kindergarten Informational Writing Workshop

You are receiving 14 different "how-to" stories to help students understand what "how-to" stories look like ...and sound like. Appropriate for Kindergarten & First Grade! These stories are made to be read, discussed, cut up and placed in the correct order to inform how to do something!   This is great to give students practice with the flow of how to writing before actually writing their own!   Topics include: How to make lemonade How to tie a shoe How to blow a bubble (with gum) How to brush teeth How to make toast How to ride a bike How to plant a seed How to feed a dog How to paint a picture How to swim (in a pool) How to answer a phone How to rock a baby How to frost a cupcake How to be a good listener   (…also a BLANK VERSION is included so your kiddos can write their own!)   These "how-to" cut ups can be done independently, with a partner or in a small group.
