Special Edition White Elephant Blending Class

Welcome to a very special edition Wine blending class including a "white elephant" gift exchange! Learn the skills needed to taste wine correctly and blend your own bottle to take home just in time for Christmas! In this exclusive class, every student is asked to bring a small gift ($20 maximum please!) Gifts will then be exchanged in ‘white elephant style’ while your bottles are being made! Class includes 4 tastings of the blending wine, welcome bubbles, small plates, the bottle you make in class to take home, and a gift from someone in class!
