This is a new brass retainer ring used on the bottom of any Coleman valve stems shaft. This is designed for a 3/16” Valve stem diameter. You will need to open it up, place it over the valve stem, then bend it back. This is used to hold the bushing in place and front of the valve Stem packing. NOT 327
