Extremely uncommon vintage inscribed fountain pen signature on a 4x6-inch tan album page, acquired in-person following a stage appearance in Trenton, New Jersey in December of 1938. In good condition for its age. Note that the image of the star shown alongside the scan of the autograph here is not included with the signed piece. Tall, white-haired, authoritative John Elliott was one of the silver screen's great character actors, playing a mixed bag of despicable and avuncular types in over 300 "A" and "B" pictures, and numerous serials between 1919 and his death in 1954.
