Rather uncommon vintage red fountain pen signature on a 3x5-inch tan card, acquired in-person by by noted autograph hounds Rose and Irene Gellar in the 1950s and decorated with a small book image. In good condition. Note that the image accompanying the scan of the autograph here is not actually included. Tough-as-nails, bulldog-faced character actress Betty Garde was a force to be reckoned with, unforgettable as jailbird Kitty Stark-- who stabs Hope Emerson to death with a fork!-- in Caged (1950) and Thelma the maid on a classic episode of T.V.'s "The Honeymooners" (1955). She was also a two-time "Twilight Zone" (1961) guest star.
