Vintage inscribed blue ballpoint pen signature on a 4x6-inch tan autograph album page, acquired in-person by inveterate collector Janet Bruce in New York City in 1951 and decorated with a small magazine image. Two square-shaped patches of toning behind the writing in two spots; otherwise, in fine condition. Ever-energized Phil Silvers is remembered for his portrayals of fast-talking swindlers, most notably Sgt. Bilko on "The Phil Silvers Show" (1955-1959) and Otto Meyer in It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World (1963).
