Heroes of the East, also known as 中華丈夫), Chung Wah Cheung Fu, Drunk Shaolin Challenges Ninja, Challenge Of The Ninja, Shaolin Vs. Ninja,  Zhong Hua Zhang Fu, Shaolin contre Ninja, Les Démons du karatéand and Shaolin Challenges Ninja is a martial arts film produced in 1978. It starred Gordon Liu and was directed by Lau Kar-Leung. Lau Kar-Leung has a cameo role as a master of Zui Quan. It's notable for portraying Japanese martial arts alongside the more typical Kung-Fu used in most Hong Kong martial arts films. (Synopsis): A Chinese man (Liu) marries a Japanese woman through an arranged marriage and manages to insult all of her Japanese martial arts family by issuing a challenge to her that is misinterpreted by the others.
