This is a genuine Mercedes-Benz Blower Motor Partition Panel Thumbscrew for W124 E-Class vehicles. This part is found up near the cowl where the panel for the blower motor is located (just behind the engine). These are sometimes referred to as "flower bolts" and they simply screw-in by hand. These thumbscrews are often broken or cracked and end up falling off. Each vehicle uses two of these screws, which are the exact same part.
