Foam Pads Under Folding Top (Pair)

These are replacement Foam Pads Under Folding Top for Mercedes-Benz R129 SL-Class vehicles. These are made out of high-density foam, and manufactured to OEM specifications by Classic Trim Parts LLC. They are sold as a pair of two pads, which come with an adhesive backing to stick onto your vehicle. Without these foam pads, the rear bow frame naturally sits too low when the folding top is being stored. These pads support the rear bow frame in order to prevent it from rubbing against the plastic quarter window, eventually causing it to tear. A simple 5-minute installation could save a more expensive repair of the plastic quarter window. When installing these pads, ensure the area is clean and free of debris before adhering them in place.
