Honda Luggage Rack, high chrome sku 5979

This is one of the shiniest best chromed luggage rack I have ever owned.  high polished chrome, no rust anywhere.  I have no idea what bike it fits, but .It has an inset on both sides with two holes that looks like it is made for a sissy bar It is 25 cm X 21 CM on its top surface.  The inside dimension for mounting bolt attachment  is 19.5 cm on center. It has an abundance of side mounting holes, the pictures show they are 3 CM on center.  I can take more pictures if requested.  It has an inset with two holes that looks like it is made for a sissy bar.
