This maroon pads are eco-friendly pads that can be used to dry strip your floor with or without water. Depending on the number coats of wax on your floor, this stripping process may take 3 to 5 passes on average. While these maroon pads are the most aggressive when used dry, you can wet them down to if you wish to have some form of dust control. To strip your floors using standard chemicals, we recommend using our 14" x 24" black stripping pads since they are the traditional tool for chemical based stripping.The extra benefit of using these Eco-Prep pads in a dry environment is that a mop bucket and wet/dry vacuum are not needed to pick up the slurry as you work.
