Replacement Vacuum Belt (#12-0814-01-7) for the Koblenz U-40 & U-80 Upright Vacuums

This poly belt is a replacement for the one found in your U-40 and Koblenz U-80 upright vacs. Replacement is simple as indicated in the table below. For safety purposes, always unplug your unit before servicing or replacing parts. Brush Roll Replacement 1.) Release the upright handle by pressing the foot pedal. Lower the handle and turn the vacuum over. Remove the retainer bar shown in the picture by pressing on one side until it releases (press hard). 2.) Remove the bottom plate by pulling it upwards and away from the front lugs. 3.) Take the belt off of the pulley by slowly rotating the brush roll. 4.) Firmly pull the brush roll out of its base. Remove it and the belt from the upright. 5.) Slip the belt over the new brush roll. Place the brush roll back as it was with both bearing supports facing upwards.
