Flat Bottom Deck Module for Fill Station

The Flat Bottom Deck Module is designed to optimize the ClickBio Fill Station for pipetting with a 96 or 384 Head. It differs from the standard Fill Station deck module in the following ways.  Flat Bottom Reservoirs: It provides compatibility with flat bottom reservoirs such as Nalgene 1200-2301, 1200-2300, 1200-1301, 1200-1300. Note that reservoirs with a double side wall are incompatible with the Liquid Level Sensor. Low Profile: The tubing - reservoir interface is modified to be low profile. This prevents multi-channel heads from crashing into the tubing during pipetting operation. Standard Tubing: The Flat Bottom Deck Module uses standard ¼” peristaltic pump tubing. Platinum cured silicone tubing such as the Masterflex L/S series is recommended. Barbed Elbow Fittings: To make the 90° turn into the reservoir while maintaining a low profile, the Flat Bottom Base requires barbed elbow fittings at the ends of the tubing.
