It provides excellent adhesion and gloss / color holdout. FP410 sands easily without clogging the sandpaper, while providing excellent resistance to sand scratch swelling. Substrates Properly Treated Steel - Steel must be treated with an Etching Primer or Metal Etch Treated Aluminum Fiberglass / SMC OEM Finishes Refinish Lacquers, Enamels, and Urethanes Etching Primers Mixing:  4:1 NOT FOR SALE TO CALIFORNIA MARYLAND DELAWARE  RESIDENCEDue to the High VOC limits for California Maryland Delaware, check your location regulations to verify it can be used in your area.
