All engravings are done with a laser, meaning they are deep cuts and will not fade overtime. They are dishwasher safe or you can was by hand as you choose. Glasses are not cleaned prior to shipment and must be cleaned before use. Putting them in a dishwasher is recommended. The laser creates microfacets within the glass that can trap oil from your hands. Dishwashing will make the engraving a bright white with each wash and will not degrade the engraving. •The tumbler is a 20oz double walled tumbler with 304 stainless steel on the inside and outside.
