Apple mint (Mentha suaveolens) is native to the Mediterranean with a natural apple-like fruity aroma and a soft spearmint character, without the menthol sharpness of peppermint. In this tea, apple mint adds a refreshing lift to the light body of white tea, while dandelion root and blue mallow petals bring depth and quiet grounding. To produce white teas, two leaves and a bud are plucked from premium tea plants. These freshly harvested leaves and bud are withered (dried) carefully in the sun. The result is a delicate pure tea with soft nuances.
