We start with high-quality, certified organic beans sourced from one of our trusted cooperatives in either Peru or Honduras or Mexico, depending on seasonal availability. These coffees are selected for their unique flavor profiles, ensuring they stand out as fabulous decaffeinated offerings. At the Descamex Mountain Water Decaffeination Plant in Veracruz, Mexico, caffeine is gently removed using pure water, steam, and carbon filtration - never chemicals.
