OEM version A2B to I2S module

This version of the AD2428 based module allows the creation of A2B systems that have custom A2B connectors versus the Molex DuraClik used on the development platforms.  It's a great way to build complex development and test systems quickly. The module provides the same I2S, I2C, and GPIO interfaces as Clockworks standard A2B module. It uses a 5 to 9V power input but can also support use in phantom (bus) powered application with the addition of 3 components and the carrier board design. Also available in 5 and 20 packs, as well as larger quantities. Multiple mating boards are available to quickly create custom systems: AB0106L/P - general purpose I/O - I2S, I2C, and GPIO - for local/phantom powered A2B  client (slave) node. AB0108 - general purpose I/O - I2S, I2C, and GPIO - for local powered A2B  root (master) node. Requires external SYNC signal. AB0110 - general purpose I/O - I2S, I2C, and GPIO - for local powered A2B  root (master) node. Includes clock generation for SYNC and BCLK signals. AB0109 - quad module carrier with breakout connectors and 40 Blinkenlichten. Simplest way to build a multinode system in minimal space.
