Telescope information Askar 65PHQ Optical Design The Askar 65PHQ is a flatfield astrograph telescope designed for astrophotography out of the box. With its five element optical design, this telescope is fully corrected and provides a flat field capable of covering full frame sensors all without the need for an additional flattener. This optical design also allows you to connect a camera, filter wheel or filter drawer, and other accessories without having to worry about back focus. Building on the success of the PHQ series, the 65PHQ is the smallest telescope in the line, which includes the 80PHQ, 107PHQ, 130PHQ, and 151PHQ models.
