Natural pine wood, with no stain or finish. All logs are 3/4" diameter. Shortest is 1.5" long, longest is 10.5" long. Roofs are made from 2 pieces of hardboard, taped together so they open like a book, and rest on top of the triangular gables. Base logs are flat on one side to make a stable foundation for your building. Each photo shows a 250-piece set. Packed only in a plain cardboard box - a 28-quart plastic tub is a good size to store these in.
