6" base adapter plate is ideal to use on 6" rotary tables of either 3 or 4 slots to mount either 4" , 5" 3-jaw ,6-jaw or 4-jaw self-centering lathe chucks. This base adapter plate can also be used on milling, drilling machines if you remove the MT2 stub on the center of the plate. Morse taper 2 stub on the center of plate to fit 6" rotary tables and guarantee proper TIR accuracy.  4pcs 5/8" table slots T-nuts and bolts included for mounting the plate.
