This bag is hand embroidered in gold and black metallic spring wire with Aari stitch, using a hooked awl needle. The Aari stitch which dates back to 17th century Mughal courts is still practiced by a handful of families in the city of Lucknow, India. We are proud to collaborate with these master artisans in an effort to advance the art of hand embroidery. 75% of raw materials in this product are locally sourced. Detachable shoulder strap features reverse gold hand embroidered brand logo in Gothic font. This bag is made of non-leather, cruelty free materials using highly skilled manufacturing techniques.
