Jin Jun Mei is one of the most demanding and labor intensive teas to produce.  Made exclusively from buds hand plucked in early spring, Jin Jun Mei requires thousands upon thousands of hand picked buds to make a single pound of finished tea.  Fully oxidized and then skillfully roasted to perfection by grower Li Xiangxi's family in Tongmu, this spring-fed high mountain tea has a full and beautiful elegance with a rich, mineral flavor. As a very small company we are doing a very small run of this truly special and rather expensive tea.  Don't hold out, when it's gone, it's gone!
