Genmaicha is a classic Japanese favorite.  The combination of Sencha and roasted brown rice adds a lightly nutty flavor to the clean, vegetal finish of green tea.  The inclusion of Matcha in this blend adds a smooth and creamy umami as well as a beautiful green tint to the broth.
