In reverse mode, a grid of modular seams zipper open to reveal 24 mesh-layered compartments (4 on each sleeve, 4 on each side, repeated on the back; enough to hold every imaginable personal item). If you encounter low temperatures upon arriving at your destination, the compartments can be filled with packets of goose-down, retrofitting the lightweight bomber into a cold-weather puffer jacket.
