Reduces moisture vapor emission through slabs. Concrete Bonder Admix is a multi-purpose product that will create a permanent bond between sound substrates and Portland cement based underlayments. Protect Concrete Bonder Admix from freezing until use.   Coverage Rate A-300 will achieve approximately 300 – 350 square feet per gallon as a primer.
