I have developed a Hospital Communication Chart with basic communication icons that are hand illustrated. Each Icon has been translated into 6 different languages or an English only version. -English-French-Chinese (simplified)-Farsi-French-FIlipino***I hold a copyright for this design, 2021.***I can put this design onto a dry erase hardboard 10"x8", (with or without magnets applied) or print out and laminate copies for you.The icons on the chart are:-Yes-No-I want-Medicine-Doctor-Walk-Chair-Adjust bed-Toilet-Shower-Drink-Food-Television-Lights On-Lights Off-Call-Family-Translator-I feel-Can't breathe-Angry-Happy-Scared-In pain-SadThere is also a pain assessment tool on the bottom.
