This blend brings together the work of two producer groups in Indonesia’s Gayo Highlands, united by a shared commitment to quality and community. The blend's foundation is a distinctive natural process coffee, produced by Aulia Kahfi and 15 neighboring farmers, whose commitment to meticulous cherry selection and processing has garnered regional acclaim. Complementing this are washed and wet-hulled lots provided by the 350-member Ribang Gayo Musara Cooperative, which introduces a complex and diverse regional character to the final cup. Together, this layered and harmonious blend reflects the expressive beauty and depth of Gayo specialty coffee. In the cup, look for notes of bananas foster, panettone, & negroni.
