Wear it high or low, each size range has 12 holes to adjust to your wardrobe and meet the custom placement on your body. Depending on the buckle, the belt comes with either one or two keepers*. The belt thickness is reduced from the smallest hole down to the tip. This creates less bulk at the buckle and makes for a more comfortable fit. Since the belt is meant to be fully adjustable from low to high waist, we suggest measuring yourself with a seamstress tape, taking note of your natural (high) waist measurement and at the hips for when you wear low cut jeans. Based on these measurements make your selection from the drop-down menu.  *If your belt comes with two keepers, the first one is fixed in place and the second one is loose.
