Oleo Saccharum | Cocktail & Sons (8oz)
Cocktail & Sons Oleo Saccharum (or "oiled sugar" in Latin) is a common Colonial punch base made by muddling citrus peels with sugar. We combined hand carved orange and lemon peels with Louisiana sugar for a lengthy maceration process, topped off with fresh cut lemongrass, toasted cardamom, and dried ginger. This syrup pairs well with vodka, gin, tequila, rum, pisco, and whiskies. Try it in your next Tom Collins, daiquiri, French 75, and more.
