The salt for this bar, from Bulls Bay, SC in the Cape Romain National Wildlife Refuge, has a unique minerality and purity. Paired with cacao, it highlights fruit notes and deepens flavor Ingredients: Cacao, Sugar, Sea Salt Vegan; Dairy-Free; Gluten-Free; Nut-Free Dan and Jael Rattigan fell in love, dropped out of grad schooll, then headed  down to Costa Rica, where they eventually bought an abandoned cacao farm and learned to make chocolate.
