Good chocolate is something I care passionately about.  the taste and sensation of taking in somethings sublime balances me and helps  make me whole again. I found a new way for morning, afternoon, and evening indulging with minimal calorie intake.  since ancient times people of been infusing natures herbal bounty in simmering water and enjoying the results I have learned to do this with the roasted shells and fine nibs that a company my bean to bar chocolate making.
