Corona Arriba (“The Crown Above”) is made with a Nacional cocoa bean variety from the highlands of Ecuador. This fine bean is part of “Proyecto Dream,” a project that incentivizes cacao farmers with premium prices to continue to grow heirloom quality cacao.
