Honduras La Mosquitia 75%

La Mosquitia (aka Wampusirpi) cacao, grown in Honduras, has become my go-to bean. It has a very delicate, lightly floral, and earthy quality. I have fallen in love with many different cacao origins, but I always return to this one. This lot is from the spring 2018 harvest, and I find it to be a bit richer and fudgier than other harvests.
