Some chocolate makers might say this is an “over used” cacao bean and with good reason. While it is a very popular chocolate to make bars, it still surprises me when I make a bar with it. Bean Origin: OcumareIngredients Used: 2 - Organic Beans and Organic Sugar Cocoa Content: 75%Organic: Uses organic beans and sugar (not organic-certified)Weight: 1.7 oz Allergy Information: They process nuts in their shop but the nuts have no contact with the chocolateTasting Notes: It starts off a little woodsy and transitions into a somewhat nutty (almond) flavor, but quickly ends and lingers with what can only be described as a deep chocolate brownie finish.
